# Andre Gromkovski (Андрей Громковский)

> Psychologist, executive coach, psychotherapist, founder and Managing Director of UFC Eurasia, producer and media executive — working with leaders on wholeness across professional, personal, sexual and spiritual life.

Andre Gromkovski is an executive coach, psychotherapist, and media executive, based in Dubai and working internationally in English and Russian, who helps founders, executives, and high-performing professionals navigate leadership, identity, ambition, psychological maturity, relationships, and existential transition. His work integrates existential psychotherapy, psychoanalysis (Freud, Jung, Lacan, Girard's mimetic desire, and Žižek), and two decades of direct executive and producing experience.

He is the founder and Managing Director of **UFC Eurasia** (since 2018) — the joint venture between UFC and leading investment funds developing the UFC brand across the region — and the organiser of the largest combat-sports events in Eurasia. Previously **Managing Director of digital distribution at 20th Century Fox** in Russia and **creator and director of Paramount Comedy and Paramount Channel** (ViacomCBS). Producer of films and television including *Yolki* (Timur Bekmambetov), *Leningrad*, *A Pilot's Story*, *Criminal Passion*, and many others.

**Education**: MA in Psychology with honors, HSE University. BA in Applied Political Science (International Relations), HSE. Executive Programme in Sports Management, FIFA / CIES / HSE.

**Recognition**: Person of the Year — MARSPO 2020. Sport & Russia 2020 for personal contribution to MMA in Russia. Businessman of the Year — Big Sport 2019. Alumni HSE Awards 2015.
